You have the option of returning your products to us free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt of your package. Returns will be subject to the following conditions:

— The jewelry(ies) must be in perfect condition

— The jewelry(ies) must never have been worn

— All elements present in the original packaging must be returned with the jewelry(s).

— Your previous purchase must not have been the subject of a definitive return.

— Your return package must be returned within 15 days (postmark for proof)

Returns are free in Metropolitan France and at the customer's expense in other countries, unless the return is due to an error we made when sending the initial order.

Before any return, we invite you to contact us by email at the address:
hello@bau-paris.com specifying in the subject line whether it is an “Exchange Request” or a “Refund Request”. We will then send you all the necessary elements to return your product(s) to us.

Please note, returns are not possible if you have purchased a custom-made piece or opted for one of our 18-carat gold models. In these two cases, one or more meetings will have been put in place beforehand so that you can be sure that your product gives you complete satisfaction.

Subject to the perfect condition of the returned product, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of postage.

Subject to the perfect condition of the returned product, we will order your new piece of jewelry from our artisan jeweler. As you know, we operate on a pre-order basis, so you will have to wait between 4 and 8 weeks before you can receive your new piece of architecture to wear.
